The Bible tell says, And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching
in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease
among the people. Matthew 4:23 In
Today’s Society, there are many people who are physically sick from various afflictions.
While prayer is the solution to any problem or ailment, we must be held accountable on what we put into our physical
bodies. The majority of people do not eat healthy and nutritious foods, nor do
we take the time to plan and prepare our daily meals. No wonder so many individuals
young and old suffer with obesity, malnutrition and diseases that are a direct result from poor eating habits. The Word says, that Jesus educated and gave his disciples authority and power of all the works of the enemy,
that includes sickness, diseases and infirmities. (Matthew 10:1) And when he had called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against unclean
spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of disease.
However most people would rather complain about their ailments than take preventive measures that could rid them of
whatever is afflicting their bodies. Our bodies were created to be the temple’s
of God, and the Holy Spirit will not dwell (stay or remain) in an unclean body. So
let’s take time to learn more about how we can be healthier from the foods we eat and the fluids and drinks we consume.
The Serenity Prayer says, God grant me the Serenity to accept the
things I can not change, Courage to change the things I can, and Wisdom to know the different.
Don’t be ignorant but educate and learn what you can about your personal body and how to take better care of
it! Eat Healthy so You can Live Longer!
