Apostle
Loretta Williams Portfolio:
She is the Founder
and Pastor of Voices of Deliverance Evangelistic Outreach Ministries since 1972, and Oasis Interdenominational Ministries
Fellowship (Oasis Ministerial Fellowship) established in 2004 in the United States, which she is the Founder & CEO,
and was duly appointed an Apostle to the Nations. She serves as the President over the Oasis African Jurisdiction established
in 2005.
These combined ministries
are taking a new direction, as Apostle Williams continues to travel abroad, which enables the ministries to "expand it's borders
and enlarge it's tents" to establish a world wide global ministry. Focusing on Leadership Training and Development,
with workshops, seminars, and (also providing online sessions for those who are unable to participate on site or location.)
Apostle Williams has a growing number of individuals expressing their desire for Leadership Training on various subjects, relating
to those in full and part time ministries. Many are interested in advancement of their Christian Education, some about
the operation of The Five Fold Ministries and others concerning The Gifts of the Spirit, training is also available on other
topics, including church protocol, and business administration relating to ministry.
Apostle Williams is
the facilitator and one of the instructors of The Leadership Training Academy, A Bible Based Christian Educational School
for those who want to pursue a higher level on learning, to become certified for the various official positions in ministry,
preparation for license and ordination.
Apostle Williams has
been teaching and training ministerial staffs for the last twenty years, and has several licensed and ordained ministers that
have completed these courses that are a requirement to become and serve as officials within Voices of Deliverance Ministries
and Oasis Interdenominational Ministries Fellowship. She is an advocate for Education and Higher Learning for those
who want to excel and be successful in ministry and personal achievements, she strongly promotes a "Spirit of Excellence"
in whatever projects she endeavors to undertake.

The Lord has given a "Great Commission"
to Apostle Loretta Williams,
whom He has called and chosen to do a work
for Him.
The Oasis World Wide News Publication began as a component of Voices of Deliverance Outreach Ministries Programs,
while she was still pastoring the local church and wanted the ministry to be exposed on the internet, in 2000. Since
that time, the Oasis News Publication has expanded it's horizons and is now an International news publication, reporting scheduled
events, articles of interest, within her combined ministries, and those that she has affliations and association. In
2006, Oasis World Wide News Publication will be upgraded to have it's own domain, and be accessible for others to subscribe
and publish information and articles of interest that will benefit Christians globally.
Apostle Loretta Williams, spiritual affliation is with Dr. Glen Joseph, Dean of Cornerstone
Bible College, located in the Bay City Area, in Michigan and in Boston, Mass. USA. Dr. Joseph is the Overseer
of Cornerstone Ministries, and her spiritual father in the gospel.
In 2008 she was appointed to the position of Overseer for The Women in Clergy, Victorious Kingdom International
Ministries by Chief Apostle A.C. Taylor who is her spiritual covering in Texas, VKI Headquarters is Converse, Texas.
